Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Numisora Solutions Pte Ltd ("Numisora", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit numisora.com or use Numis-Fin and Numis-Docs. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. Data we collect

  • Contact details you give us, such as name, email, company and message (for example, through the contact form).
  • Account and service data you upload to Numis-Fin or Numis-Docs, such as company, director and financial information.
  • Usage data such as pages visited, device, browser and approximate location, collected through analytics cookies unless you turn them off.

2. How we use it

  • To reply to your questions and arrange demos.
  • To provide, run and support our services.
  • To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping duties (for example, under the Companies Act and CSP Act).
  • To improve our website, using analytics data.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use two types:

  • Essential — needed for the site to work, including numisora_consent, which remembers your cookie choice for 12 months. These are always on.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) helps us understand how visitors use the site. These are off until you accept them. You can turn them on with "Accept all" or by switching on Analytics in Manage preferences, and turn them off again at any time.

You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We keep your choice for 12 months, then ask you again.

4. Sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run our services (such as hosting, email and analytics providers), with regulators such as ACRA when you ask us to file on your behalf, or when the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside Singapore; we make sure they protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

5. Keeping and protecting data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. We use reasonable security measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect it.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent for its use. To do so, contact our Data Protection Officer below. We will reply within a reasonable time.
